A few days ago I wrote my thoughts about H. G. Wells’ The Invisible Man (as part of the League of Extraordinary GentlemenChallenge). As with many other classic books, best sellers or just simply books that have been around a while, I found some wonderful covers.
My favorite is the first one. I think it shows the loneliness and macabre tone which the story intends, yet is very elegant.
So tel me, which one is your favorite?

the third one.
but not the last one, which just looks like a lackluster mummy display at a museum.
I also surprisingly liked the red you posted with your review earlier.
I agree, the last one is not very inspiring.
Love the one with the mummy looking Man wearing the Brown trench coat and brown hat… Reminds me of the movie! #Goodtimes 🙂
I’m partial to the Dell mapback, but I have fond memories of that Easy-Eye edition from the school book fairs of my youth.
