D-Day Girls The Spies Who Armed the Resistance Sabotaged the Nazis and Helped Win World War II -historical accounts of women spies, tied into a single narrative
The novel is part Forrest Gump, part Big Fish where tall tales are being told and historical figures make appearances
I liked the stories of the women and the found the characters to be affable and smart. The author can certainly write and engaging story and I found myself to be sympathetic to the storyline.
