For such a relatively short book, about a wide subject, it contains a wealth of knowledge. There is a lot of insight, accurate research, and knowledge
I appreciate what the authors tried, and somewhat succeeded to do in this book. They brought together warriors of past decades and intertwined their fates
Eye of the Storm: 25 Years in Action with the SAS by Peter Ratcliffe is a memoir of the author’s time in England’s elite special forces unit
A thriller following a black ops specialist, with brain damage, trying to survive a pirate attack on a ship, while contemplating her life, motherhood, & career
Pilgrim Days: From Vietnam to the SAS by Alastair MacKenzie is a memoir of the author who served in the special forces of several countries over his life. The book documents his life from serving in the New Zealand Army in Vietnam, to the SAS, South Africa, Oman, and finally as a private security agent.
SEAL Team Six is an exciting book, an easy and fast read. While the authors cover a lot of ground, the book kept my attention throughout.
