When my son (5) saw his big sister’s summer project and “reading responses” (see here and here) he got jealous and wanted to do one also.
Here he is with his first reading response of a book we took out of the library for him.
A nice comment would be appreciated 🙂
After he finished the story he was even more excited to find out that there is such a thing as shoo fly pie – below is his first taste at the local farmer’s market (I think he liked the book better).
Zohar – Man of la Book

I love his enthusiasm for the book!
He should have his own blog! :)
Great job! I'd be beaming with pride if I had kids so interested in reading - and you have everything to do with that, Zohar. How cool that this is what they compete in doing - book reviews! Have fun picking out the next book at the library! Can't wait for the next review. :)
Good job. He reminds me of my 4 year old great-grandson. A library is a wonderful place for the kids.
What a cutie! I wish my son were still that age.
Super job! Keep up the good work. Pie and books are a pretty awesome combination.
