Thoughts:
The Kind Worth Killing by Peter Swanson is a novel about a bunch of psychopathic women plotting to kill husbands, boyfriends and each other while using gullible men to do so and still manage to somehow justify it all. This is a clever, well plotted novel with some twists and turns which I did not see coming.

The book was very exciting and different than others I’ve read before. About 1/3 in, when one of the major and unexpected plot twists happens, I knew it would be a heck of a ride.

The characters in the novel are wonderfully realized, even though I wished the author would have given them a more geographically authentic voice. I got a sense of each of the character’s personality and seeing the story from their perspective at each chapter.

Mr. Swanson wrote a great thriller, while I would call it a “mystery”, the novel is rich and fun with several twists and well worth reading.

Synopsis:
Ted Severson and Lily Kintner meet at Heathrow airport and strike up a conversation. After a few drinks Ted confesses to Lily that he caught his wife, Miranda, cheating on him and he would like to kill her. To his surprise Lily offers to help.

The two strike up a full-proof plan to get rid of Miranda until an unexpected event masses up their actions.
