I posted about King Solomon’s Mines by H. Rider Haggard this week, asPart of the League of Extraordinary Gentle — Men of la — Book Challenge (Vol. 1). For a book that has been around since 1885 there has been many wonderful covers.
Personally I like the last one, just because I have a tendency towards the pulp art, but I think that all the selections below reflect the style, ideas and narrative of the book. Good job by the designers who might have actually read the book.
