James Bond, agent 007 of British Secret Service, returns to London from a vengeance mission in Helsinki and resumes the boring duties of the 00 section. Soon enough he gets a new mission, this time in Berlin to break a drug trafficking cartel.
Yitzhak Goldah survived a Nazi concentration camp in Czechoslovakia, he moved to Savannah, GA to live with his relatives Pearl and Abe Jesler. The Jeslers are part of a vivacious Jewish community in Georgia which has been there since the founding of the state (colony at the time).
The story is action packed, sometimes hilarious, sometimes amusing, but always entertaining.
What I truly enjoy in this series is that some of the people in it cannot keep on the straight and narrow path no matter what happens

It seems to me Mr. Fleming had some stories in his head and somehow tried to tie them up into a common character (Bond).
The blending of authentic Southern living, along with a great crime story, is something that Mr. Atkins pulls off without a hitch
The graphic novel was fascinating, with several interesting characters in it
