During the summer vacation, our daughter (7 and going into second grade) is assigned to read a book a day and write a “reading response”. Here is her second response (she read more book but we don’t fight her about doing the videos).

We had some technical difficulties which I only figured out after we recorded the video (I had to strike the iron while it was hot).
