This book is fun and silly and it seems that Mr. Fleming had a good time cutting down a character he almost seemed bored of writing.

There are some good tips in this book, but it’s very redundant which is either to help the reader remember the tips or being used as filler to make the book thicker

After Alice by Gregory Maguire is a novel written in the style of Lewis Carroll about a friend of Alice who follows her into Wonderland.

The book is not an in depth look at the war, but it’s a wonderful introduction to the culture and people of the time.

It is a brave endeavor to write a sequel or a prequel to existing, classic novels and Mr. Motion does justice to Stevenson’s style and story.

I found this book mediocre and somewhat disjointed. Yet, I found it strangely interesting – maybe because I think that the idea is brilliant and the overall story is good.
